- Security data: interaction signals processed by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not request sensitive data through this website. Please do not include it in your messages.

- Enquiries will be answered within a maximum of ten (10) business days.
- Complaints (correction, update, deletion or withdrawal) will be answered within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
If we cannot reply within these periods, we will inform you of the reasons and the date of our reply, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Processors and transfers
To run the website we may share data with providers acting as processors, such as our hosting and email provider, Google (reCAPTCHA and, if you accept, Google Analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp and, if you accept, measurement tools). Some of these providers may store information outside your country under adequate protection safeguards. We never sell or rent your personal data.
9. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and anti-spam mechanisms. We keep data only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described and applicable legal obligations; afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents.
